What is the Bioreset system?
The Bioreset system uses Vaporised Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) to create a low temperature sterilisation process that is most used to sterilise heat-sensitive devices and instruments. Also known as H202 gas sterilisation, the hydrogen peroxide sterilisation cycle requires minimal time compared to alternative methods such as ETO (ethylene sterilisation). A hydrogen peroxide sterilisation process involves H202 vapour being poured into the chamber at a given PPM, temperature, and humidity- for a given amount of time. After the Sterilisation cycle has taken place, the vapour is vacuumed from the chamber and converted to water and oxygen prior to the completion of the cycle, and the doors being allowed to open.
