After being awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise 2022 for impressive work in the International Trade category, Sychem has been going from strength to strength!

Last week, Sychem’s very own CEO Michael Barnes attended a lunch to explore the Queen’s Award for Enterprise!

Award-Winning behaviour!

Winning the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise 2022 is a monumental achievement for everyone at Sychem, but none more so than Mick Barnes.

Kindly presented by Paul Anthony, Sychem’s CEO was joined by the Lord Lieutenant for Hampshire Nigel Atkinson and the Deputy Lieutenant for Hampshire Khalid Aziz LVO DL FRSA.

The lunch outing was a wonderful opportunity to discuss what winning this distinguished award means for the company, and what a sensational achievement it is for all those involved.

What is the Queen’s Award for Enterprise?

Sychem is one of only 225 organisations nationally to be recognised with a prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise.

The awards are given to UK businesses every year in recognition of outstanding achievements in four different categories: international trade, innovation, sustainable development and promoting opportunity through social mobility.
